Wow! What a great initial response to what will be our tenth MediaConnect Forum.

Two weeks ago we launched Kickstart 2008 to our subscribers and past-attendees, which will be held from March 2 to 4 at the Twin Waters Resort on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland. Already, more than half the speaking opportunities have been reserved and we're very confident of selling out this year in record-time.

Today we announced an appointment that gives me a huge amount of joy - the appoint of ARN Features Editor Jennifer O'Brien to the role of Editor of our technology content. Jennifer has nearly ten years experience in tech media working in both features and news roles and the fact that she comes directly from the tech media coalface means she'll bring with her a lot of insight into how the tech media operates today.
