Influencing works to a strict 90 day refresh cycle for ALL outlets in our database. For popular outlets, we refresh even more regularly. We have a dedicated research team who work through very deliberate processes to verify each contact. We make use of intelligent automated checking processes that alert us to possible changes or additions. We track bouncebacks received from the many distributions sent via our platform. And because we also report on the media, we're regularly tipped off to new changes as they happen.
